Reminder: A new election is required each plan year to participate in the Flexible Spending/Dependent Care, even if you are keeping the same election.

Beneficiaries

Open enrollment is not mandatory; however, we highly encourage every employee to go through the process and verify the beneficiaries are listed for the company-provided life insurance and voluntary life insurance plans. 401k beneficiaries must be updated on the Principal website.

HSA/FSA/DCA

HSA/FSA/DCA Election – Online through Paylocity. Current HSA elections will roll over. FSA/DCA will NOT roll over – open enrollment must be completed to re-elect for 2026.

Increased 2026 contribution limits:

  • HSA * * $4,400 single / $8,750 family

  • FSA * * Healthcare: $3,400

    • Dependent Care: $7,500
